======What you should know before you leave comments in a discussion======

At the bottom of the pages relating to my practice, there is a discussion form where you can leave comments or suggestions. You must be a registered user to do this. You can register by clicking on the 'Login' button and following the directions on the page. 

**IF** you are a patient, **THEN**
  * Please use a pseudonym in the //User Name// field. **DO NOT USE YOUR REAL NAME**. This protects your privacy since anyone can read what you write in the comment form. You may use your real name under 'Full Name,' if you wish. I am the only one with access to what you put in this field.
  * You can use either your real email address or a fake one like //abc@abc.com// in the //E-Mail// field of the comment form. I am the only person who can read any email address you leave. Your email address is not available to spambots.

**IF** you are **NOT** a patient, **THEN**
  * You can use your real name or a pseudonym in the //User Name// field. Please use your real name in the //Full Name// field.
  * Please leave your real email address. The only time I use this email address is if I want to reply to your comment privately. I do not use the email for any marketing purpose.

**DO NOT** use this mechanism for private correspondence with me. Email <patrickbarta@patrickbarta.com> instead.
