What you should know before you leave comments in a discussion

At the bottom of the pages relating to my practice, there is a discussion form where you can leave comments or suggestions. You must be a registered user to do this. You can register by clicking on the 'Login' button and following the directions on the page.

IF you are a patient, THEN

• Please use a pseudonym in the User Name field. DO NOT USE YOUR REAL NAME. This protects your privacy since anyone can read what you write in the comment form. You may use your real name under 'Full Name,' if you wish. I am the only one with access to what you put in this field.
• You can use either your real email address or a fake one like abc@abc.com in the E-Mail field of the comment form. I am the only person who can read any email address you leave. Your email address is not available to spambots.

IF you are NOT a patient, THEN

• You can use your real name or a pseudonym in the User Name field. Please use your real name in the Full Name field.
• Please leave your real email address. The only time I use this email address is if I want to reply to your comment privately. I do not use the email for any marketing purpose.
